Over the course of 10-12 weeks, the Harbour Insurance Internship Program (HIIP) will provide you with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge and match your interests to a real job.
You will work collaboratively with others as you learn about strategic thinking, project management and financial acumen. Creativity and innovation will ensure your success at Harbour.
We have very high expectations for our participants and are searching for candidates who will be committed to the program and to our company. You should have a sense of ownership in your career development and a commitment to excellence. The most dedicated and highly skilled HIIP participants will be recruited for future job placements in our full-time Future Leaders Program.
